    Default air cleaner

    Is there any way to easily remove air cleaner cover the rubber breather hose has very little give, and where is the combination filter.

    The pollen filter in the ventilation system is behind the central section of the dash, just look at the ventilation ducting and you will see a vertical slot, On my car which is a UK RHD version, it is accessed via the passenger footwell area. Not sure which side on the USA version.

    It just pulls out and is easily replaced with a new rectangular filter, cost me around 10, thats approx $16, got it on Ebay.

    Air filter could be one of many engines, so cannot answer that as you did not say. This should cover it....

    Hey thanks, the car only has 7800 miles but it's 4yrs old so I think it's time to change which it probably wasn't.

    You did well getting such a low mileage.
    My latest 451 had only 18000 at 3 years old, and I thought I had done well

    Default air cleaner

    I joined Evilution smart encylopedia yesterday, best $14.00 I ever spent.It covers probably any repair I ever would want to make if I wanted to.
